Hepsia's Email Manager is a one-stop mail management solution, which will give you full control over your mailboxes and newsletters. Plus, you can forward electronic mails from one mailbox account to another, create email filters, create autoresponders and protect your email box accounts against unsolicited bulk mail messages.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have server-side anti-spam filtering software, so you can shield all your e-mail boxes against spam emails. You can also change the level of anti-spam protection from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make sure that no undesirable electronic mail messages will find their way into your e-mailbox. Your mails will be filtered out on the basis of their spam score. You can also choose whether a message flagged as spam should be erased or forwarded to a given e-mailbox account.
Email Filters
Mail filters are ideal for filtering your incoming e-mails according to certain rules set by you. Creating mail filters is extremely easy - all you have to do is fill in a simple form and your email filter will be created and will go into effect immediately. You can easily set up an e-mail filter for any of your e-mail accounts and change the mail filtering criteria as per your wish.
Email Forwarding
You can quickly forward your incoming emails from one email mailbox account to another, or even to several other e-mail boxes. Just specify the email mailbox account you want to redirect email messages from, then choose the target e-mail box and indicate if you would like to keep a copy on our servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager user interface, you can easily configure the e-mail client of your choosing to access your mail accounts. Simply browse to the Auto-Config column next to the mailbox you would like to set up on your desktop PC or mobile phone and click on the e-mail client that you want to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be created for you. Drag the file to your email client and the new mail account will be set up in a minute.

The Email Manager user interface will also enable you to quickly create an autoresponder message - enter the message you want people to notice and our system will take care of the rest.
