Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is a one-stop email management solution, which will grant you complete authority over your email box accounts and electronic mailing lists. With this user-friendly GUI, you can create a new e-mailbox in no time and administer its settings effortlessly. Moreover, you can forward electronic mails from one mailbox to another, activate e-mail filters, set up autoresponder messages and defend your e-mailboxes against junk e-mails.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have server-side anti-spam filtering software, so you can protect all your email box accounts against unsolicited bulk mail messages. You can also change the level of anti-spam protection from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to ensure that no unsolicited mails will find their way into your e-mail box. Your mails will be sifted out on the basis of their spam score. You can also decide whether an electronic mail message blacklisted as spam should be deleted or forwarded to a given mailbox.
Email Filters
Email filters are ideal for sorting your incoming messages according to specific criteria specified by you. Setting up e-mail filters is very easy - all you need to do is fill out a simple form and your mail filter will be activated and will go into effect immediately. You can easily create a filter for any of your email box accounts and specify the mail filtering criteria according to your wish.
Email Forwarding
You can easily redirect your incoming mails from one email box account to another, or even to a number of other e-mailboxes. Just select the email account you wish to forward electronic mail messages from, then specify the target e-mailbox and select if you wish to leave a copy on our servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager GUI, you can easily set up the e-mail client of your preference to access your email box accounts. Just browse to the Auto-Config column next to the e-mailbox you wish to set up on your desktop PC or handheld device and click on the electronic mail client that you wish to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be created for you. Drag the file to your mail client and the new email mailbox account will be set up in an instant.
More Features
With the Email Manager user interface, managing multiple e-mail accounts at the same time is a piece of cake. The Email Manager will also permit you to quickly set up an auto-reply message - enter the message you would like people to view and our system will handle everything else. And if you would like to configure a catch-all e-mailbox - you can do that with a mere mouse click on the Catch-all icon.
